Please read our returns policy prior to purchasing from Autoair in order to familiarise yourself with our policies on returns, refunds, repairs and your legal rights.

We also recommend you inspect any goods that we deliver to you or that you collect from us, to ensure you are completely satisfied, ensuring that all products are of acceptable quality and are as described. If you’re unhappy with your purchase, please let us know. Unless faulty, this must be within 14 days.

You can return a product to AutoAir under:

Right Of Withdrawal (Cooling Off);

Where a product is DOA (Dead on Arrival);

For repair or replacement within the applicable warranty period;

Or when AutoAir has delivered the wrong product to you.

Email us with product details, invoice reference and  description of the issue. We will review this and  contact you with next steps

Please note any items returned incorrectly as faulty or faulty due to user physical damage under dead on arrival or warranty terms will incur a €20 ex vat charge excluding all delivery cost. Please contact us on [email protected] if you are unsure if your item is faulty.
